REFUND POLICY

NOVAURA offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked, no photos required.

How to Request a Refund Send an email to hello@trynovaura.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number. We will process your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your request.

Refund Timeline Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible. Orders where delivery failure was caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible.

Exchanges We do not process exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@trynovaura.com and we will ship a replacement at no cost.
