SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States of America only.

Shipping Cost All orders include free standard shipping. No shipping fees will be added at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather events.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at hello@trynovaura.com.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered by the carrier), contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
